My name is Allie and I am excited to be able to offer the residents of the Comox Valley my services as a Registered Massage Therapist. I provide a range of massage therapy services, including deep tissue, Swedish massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy and Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST). I am caring, compassionate, motivated, and people-focused. I am dedicated to providing personalized treatments that help you achieve your wellness goals. Having just moved here from Ontario, when not at work you'll find me exploring this beautiful valley, running, skiing, biking or hiking normally with a few dogs and kids in tow!

Massage Therapy Services :
According to the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC which regulates Massage Therapists, "massage therapy is a regulated healthcare profession for the assessment and treatment of soft tissues to improve physical function, relieve pain, and promote health. Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) use various manual methods to treat injuries, physical disorders, and pain associated with stress, overuse, or other conditions."

Fascial Stretch Therapy
Fascial Stretch Therapy is a unique system of assisted stretching that targets the fascia and joint capsule to improve flexibility, reduce pain, and enhance athletic performance.
Please wear or bring clothes that will allow you to stretch and move.
FST only appointments are 45 minutes $105

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment please provide a minimum 24 hours notice.
When booking please remember that this appointment is booked for you and eliminates the possibility of others to book. If you are unable to make your appointment please provide a minimum of 24hrs notice. Failure to provide such notice will result in being billed for the appointment time as it leaves gaps in the day that cannot otherwise be filled. Thank you for your understanding
